Return & Exchange Policy

At Giftnbling, your satisfaction with personalized engraved gifts is our priority. Please review our policy below before placing your order.


🔁 Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

  • Orders can only be canceled within a few hours of placement.

  • Once processing begins, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

  • Promo codes must be used during checkout – they cannot be added later.

  • If canceled after shipment, you will bear return shipping and a 30% restocking fee.


🔄 Exchanges

  • No returns accepted, only exchanges for damaged items.

  • Email giftnbling@gmail.com within 4 hours of delivery with photos of damage.

  • If verified, we’ll arrange free replacement and shipping.

  • Custom-engraved items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


💰 Restocking Fees

  • 30% fee applies if a shipped item is canceled or exchanged.

  • This covers inspection and processing time.

Why Restocking Fees?

  • Personalized items are often non-resalable.

  • Avoids hidden costs in product pricing.


📦 Return Process

  1. Email us at giftnbling@gmail.com with photos

  2. Receive RMA number and return instructions

  3. Ship item securely with RMA and invoice

  4. Do not return via delivery person


⚠️ Important Notes

  • No returns or exchanges on custom-engraved items

  • Product must be in original condition and packaging

  • Exchanges not allowed for non-damaged items


🛠 Refunds

  • No refunds, only exchanges for damaged products

  • If approved, refunds (in rare cases) take 7–10 business days
