🔁 Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Orders can only be canceled within a few hours of placement.

Once processing begins, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

Promo codes must be used during checkout – they cannot be added later.

If canceled after shipment, you will bear return shipping and a 30% restocking fee.
🔄 Exchanges

No returns accepted, only exchanges for damaged items.

Email giftnbling@gmail.com within 4 hours of delivery with photos of damage.

If verified, we’ll arrange free replacement and shipping.

Custom-engraved items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
💰 Restocking Fees

30% fee applies if a shipped item is canceled or exchanged.
